Eden used to have a nice location near DuPont Circle but closed it last year.  For me it was a convenient train ride away. Can't think of an agency off the top of my head located in the district but I'm also on the lookout.

I'm sorry this isn't answering your question but here's my 2 cents: I haven't been downtown for a rub since about 2008.  I find the VA burbs to be just better.  The parlors are decent sized, clean and 90% have table showers.  In the early 2K's when I was downtown, I felt the parlors were cramped, dirty and felt a little sketchy.  Maybe I was going to the wrong places in the city but in my mind, that service has migrated to the burbs.  I haven't tried the Md. parlors because there's a lot of selection in Alexandria/Springfield/Arlington/Tysons where I now live.  I know how you feel tho - when I lived on the Hill, the thought of going to Va made me shudder.  Turns out it's not so bad tho.  Just have to do it a few times and you'll probably be like, why did I wait so long to cross the river?

I've had a great experience every time I've gone, but Tysons is such a trek.

There’s another website (RM) dedicated to massage parlors, mostly AMPs. Sadly, the DC based spas receive poor reviews and many mongers leave receiving a sub-par massage and with blue balls.

I’ve had several experiences responding to Russian Babe In DuPont type ads and they’ve been good, if you go in with realistic expectations.  These Russian girls are typically very attractive, but they never use real pics. They are immigrants (not on visas traveling from the Baltic states) based out of Miami and New York. The age advertised does seem accurate, as you get the feeling you’re visiting a mid 20’s grad student who’s doing this to make some extra money. My repeat favorite was a girl who was in training to be an EMT/firefighter down in Florida.

 It’s difficult to get reviews approved for these girls, so you pretty much are in a TOFFT situation every time. If you’ve had a good TOFFT experience before, you’ll probably have a good experience with these girls. If you’re not sure though, you’re best bet is take the advice from others here who suggested you take a trip across the bridges to NoVa.

NOVA has a rich supply of Thai providers. Some even do FS. Most are connected so if you get on the bad side of one most others will know. MD- well Montgomery County is pretty legit unless you cultivate a relationship with a specific lady. PG on the other hand is pretty wide open. Although I've heard services are limited since Covid.

Sorry don't know much about DC; haven't been down there in years. But I agree with CKS the reviews on several different Rub sites are not that good.

Within the last year I've seen three different girls there. I had a good time all around. The photos are accurate and the service was on par with the table rub and tug. Not entirely nude, topless with a bikini type thong. This agency is my go to place for FBSM.

The agency was delisted for some reason (not clear to me whether it was at the initiative or TER or the agency) so no reviews are accepted.
I can say I had a couple of good (not exceptional) experiences and it is similar to some other PV providers.
FYI I tried Bluegems a couple of times and was never able to get a response by text, email or phone. Anyone else?
