I've always assumed that given the perfect,professional photos of perfect, young girls they are 100% bait and switch. Not that you may not not find an attractive provider waiting for you, but yeah....definitely not gonna be the girl in the pics. I tried one in Centerville that was friendly enough, but probably mid 40's at best and fairly mechanical. I would like to try out Joyce's services (legit reviews) but she works out of Manassas (far for me) and was going to visit China when I contacted her.
