Hi. I have been calling DC since 10 a.m. this morning and they are not answering my phone calls. Does anyone know if they are having problems? They might just be very busy, but this has never happened to me before. Thanks.

That is not quite enough time to panoc.   I admitthat they ask for more info than most and if they had all that info on me I would be concerned   but give it some more time.
