First, a quadriplegic is paralyzed from the neck down, no hands or legs.  In the review he says he's quadriplegic, says he's caressing her with his hands and then later says his hands are paralyzed.

Secondly, my cousin is a quadriplegic and unless this guy is tiny, one person isn't putting him in bed by themselves.

I say total bogus review.

While people typically think of quadriplegic as having total loss of movement of arms and legs, partial loss of arms qualifies. My coworker fits this definition. He's in a wheelchair with severely impaired motor skills of his arms and almost no control of his hands/fingers. For example he can't grip to hold a cup in one hand, he has to sort of clamp it using both hands, but he can type using a one finger/knuckle hunt and peck. He's not paraplegic, that would mean he had full, unimpaired use of his arms, he's quadriplegic. I imagine that it would be beyond his ability to remove a bra or perform FIV, but I'm sure that he could caress her body and breasts (although for preservation of our professional relationship I am trying to keep that image out of my head). The description in the review sounds very similar to my coworker. I agree that moving him to the bed sounds like a challenge, but home-care nurses do these things all the time by themselves if not unsafe due to size/weight of patient. I would hope that the gentleman had that conversation with the provider before things got started, and if she agreed to go the extra mile and take on that challenge, kudos to her for being a really caring lady.

I certainly don't know for a fact that it isn't fake, but I don't doubt that it could be real on the face of it. Sorry to hear about your cousin, that sucks, but there are degrees of impairment that still fall within the definition of quadriplegic
