Okay I used that agency once and I know my name is on the client list.

How worried should I be?

Thanks

On the other hand, unless you plan to run for public office or have a super top secret security clearance, you probably don't have too much to worry about.  Look what happened to Eliot Spitzer; he got his own tv show and a 7 figure salary!

Some say the clients are safe because they already got the "big fish".

I say I wouldnt want to be on that list.

Like all the other speculation about keeping your head - who really knows what is going to happen to that evidence.

Do you really think law enforcement isn't going to use that information.  As a rational person, why wouldn't they use it to their advantage.

(sorry, but you're a little lower on the food chain)....You bargain up the food chain.

UNLESS you've unknowingly hooked-up with an underage Provider.
That's one law that doesn't allow one to plead stupid and get away with it.

Unless you are a well-known hall-of-fame football player.  6 years probation to a couple of misdemeanors.

Should we be worried if we saw some of the providers while not going through the agencies?  I've gone through the pics on the websites but haven't been able to put 2+2 together to see if I've actually seen one of those girls.  I Never went through the agencies.

Unless you are a bigger criminal than those folks with names I can't pronounce.

look at the bright side if your on the client list, when this goes to trial you won't be allowed on the jury.

the previous client lists that were made public.
Try searching 'DC Madam list'.

Maybe that's why the veterans always suggest getting a hobby phone. Keep it turned off or toss it & buy another for less than $30.

I keep thinking of the tag line from TonightsGirlFriends.com:

"I don't pay them for X, I pay them to leave."

Everyone who is freaking out and saying that people need to be worried that their name is on a client list need to seriously STFU and stop trying to scare people.  People who are engaged in the fear mongering have absolutely no idea how LE works.

This is common sense people. Nobody needs to worry about whether or not their name is on a client list, and whether or not that list will be used by LE to contact them, press charges, or expose you for whatever.

So you're name is on a client list?  So what? What does that actually prove?  NOTHING.  It proves absolutely nothing.  I could have used a colleague's name and verification info when getting verified on one of the sites.  The verification process at Classy wasn't that intensive at all...I could have used anyone's name and work info.  I was verified at Classy in 5 minutes all I gave them was a work name and number which they never called. It proves nothing that you were verified...and they have no proof that you engaged with escorts...in other words, LE doesn't have jack diddly shit on you and they certainly won't waste time and resources trying to shake you down.

Imagine they arrested a big time marajuana dealer...and they knew that this dealer used to sell dime bags to about 300 people.  You think LE is going to track down those people and question them?  HELL NO.  That's not how it works people.  LE wants to close a case on the big fish, which they will have done here.  So stop freaking out and use this as a lesson to visit independents.  Fuck the agencies.

many got calls and it was not even a big operation, the threads might still be around if you go back 1.5 to 2 years. Search for MindeeDD or SOBE and you will see.

so it has happened here before and it WILL happen again! you can take that to the bank!

I remember the SOBE crew incident. Yep, LE DOES call clients from the client list in order to try and find out more information or to verify certain things.

Having that said, I'm not as worried about LE trying to charge me with anything. Most of us seasoned folks know they can't or won't go after majority of us.

Number one reason is that they don't need a bunch of misdemeanor cases when they already got the big fish.

Number two reason is, there's no proof we did anything in the room. However, there would be email/txt records showing we 'solicited escorts'.

DMVIndys did not keep complete last names though. They only kept initials of the last name on their email records. Not sure if they kept a complete list somewhere else though.

The police could not charge you with anything. paying for sex, or even trying to pay for it is only misdemeanor. Plus all they have are a list of phone. If I had my number on that list, and they tried to take me to court, I'd chew them up in court.

Just because your phone number, and name is on a list does not prove they were apart of any illegal activity. If thats the case I;m going to steal a co-workers cell phone I hate, and set up an appointment, just so they'll have all his info.

I won't go into detail about my past career, but the police will need visual proof to prove you're in the wrong, not a silly phone number.
