It's been a while and it seems there have been a lot of changes with agencies. Can we get an update on the active agencies in the Northern Virginia area?
Just running a search of reviews and looking at the recently posted reviews (say last 3 months) and what the profile lists in for ad and personal sites. You can filter on Agency to get rid of most of the Independent providers.
The other list is good for Asia agencies, but is also sometimes a bit dated, but not clear if that is limiting what you're interested in finding.
