Always go their site before calling..One time months ago I called and requested a lady and the screener asked "have you gone to the site lately"
I felt foolish when I said no as the girl I was requesting had taken the space shuttle and I had two new intergalctic ladies to choose from..Now first thing in the morning while eating breaksfast I check out if there any new landings.I just love space travel with all those ladies..
