I was ripped off by Diamond Escorts two years ago, but could not get my review approved, probably because the girl they sent was not on their site.

But you are right that they do have some good reviews, and they may be legit.  A buddy of mine had a much better experience with Diamond.  Probably totally YMMV from girl-to-girl.
