I looked on their website today and it was down, but I called anyway. (It is now up). When I did someone said my name, which they have never done. They also went through a list of names asking if there was someone in particular I wanted to speak to-so it scared me a bit becuause I thought it was the police. Anyone hear anything, know anything or can reassure me?

Yes they did.  But it could be caller id.

If you look under message board and general discussion there is something on there about changes taking place.

By itself, this does not mean anything.

I have called todd in the past and he has said my name, he normally says "hey whats up so and so" This is the reason that I like to talk to them to get to know the bookers voice, just in case somebody answers and it just dosen't sound right.

I am greeted by name when I call DC almost every time.  

When I had an issue in the past, Todd took care of it very professionally.
