Does anyone know if they switched people on the phone lately, because the guy i spoke with didn't sound like the one i dealt with the last couple times, nor did he recognize my information.
Up until this week, communication had been great. This week alone I have called a few times, no reponse; voicemail is full and a text I sent Monday was not addressed until today and it was not helpful in any way. My (2) one hour windows for this week went to other agencies. Maybe things have gotten too big overthere. It's happen before in my line of work, where you have those growing pains while trying to provide good customer service. Maybe I'll try again next week.
I have been in touch with them several times this week. Have had no trouble getting through. Talked to both Todd and his new assistant. Did make the mistake of calling from the wrong cell phone a few times and got no answer. I think they only answer from known numbers?
