How long should you wait for an email response from a independent lady or agency? I know ladys and agency can be very busy and prob get flooded with emails. I would think sometimes they could get lost in the mix or overlooked. What is a fair amount of time to wait for a response before you send a second email assuming yours got overlooked or to go ahead and give them a call. Thanks for the responses
I usually follow up an email with a text, which seems to be the preferred method of communication these days for most. If I dont get a text back in 48 hours I move on.
Be persistant, but not pushy. Agencies/screeners have a line that can be easy to cross, but they have the right to say no to anyone they like. Its not a drive thru that must serve everyone.
Thanks for the help guys. I sent the first email just trying to get some info when she is coming back to the area and to touch base. I got a response back. Then sent another email and havent heard back for 36hrs. I know they can be really busy and just dont want to come of as pushy. I think i will send out another email in the am
I think 24 hours is plentu of time for someone to get back to you. If I don't hear anything back after 15 18 hours I send a follow up. If you know they are traveling on that day you might want to give it a little longer. If a lady is in this business, and wants to get work they should at least check their e-mail at least once a day. If they post a phone number go ahead and text them, if you don't mind getting a text in return.

On my part, I try to respond as quickly as possible within 4-5 hours if I'm busy with customers I can not answer email. It is preferable that an appointment if you want leave a text message (which you please call this # before (x) time that you'll be busy or on the way home ...
