Very pretty girl. Looks like her pics. Nice and friendly but not quite a GFE for me, nor what I was looking for tonight. Overall, not bad. I'll save the rest of the details for the review.
I'm am going to openly discuss my disappoinment with Miami Companions because quite frankly, I'm in a shitty mood, I hold them responsible, and maybe I can provoke a little confrontation with them.
I called them on Tuesday to schedule an appt with Stephanie. I saw her twice on her last visit to this area. So I scheduled a 2-hour appt. I called today around noon to confirm for this evening and everything was still good to go.
I left this evening and went to DC. When I was a few blocks away I called to let them I would be a few minutes late because the parking situation sucked tonight. So I called and was informed that Stephanie was done for the evening. Apparently she was feeling under the weather. Interesting. So I asked when they planned to call me and let me know she was sick. I was then informed that my name was not on the schedule and that is why I didn't receive a call. Again, very interesting. Interesting because my name was clearly on the schedule just a few hours before.
As a consolation they offer Paula(at full price $$$$.) I told them I'd call back since I was very irritated at the inconsiderate treatment I received.
I should have called it a night and gone home.
I really hate being lied to. Nothing pisses me off like being lied to.
I'm quite certain something did arise with that caused my appt with Stephanie to get cancelled. They knew I had an appt with her. Here's what happened. They knew I had a 2-hour appt scheduled with Stephanie. She got sick. They knew I was rolling into town with a lot of cash in my pocket and that I would be an easy mark. If they had called an hour earlier, I would have made other plans and they wouldn't have made money off of me. That's why I didn't get called.
So I stopped the car and I called them back. I knew I was taking a gamble. I asked them to tell me again what had happened. They explained again. They said they had Paula available. I'd have to wait about an hour. So I ask how much. They then tell me $$$1/2. Apparently they decided to give me a discount. How nice. They screw up. And then, to make things right they're giving me the privelege to see someone else who is more expensive. I agreed. After I got off the phone with MC, I called a friend who knows about all of this and got her to get me some info on the girl I was about to see. If the reviews were bad I would have just pulled a no-show, but they were acceptable so I went for it. I was still pissed at that point and it overshadowed my time with Paula. I should have saved the cash and just went home.
I don't ask much of people, just courtesy, and honesty. MC really didn't show me either one tonight. Since the money is spent at this point complaining is out of the question.
Since complaining is pointless, I'll just stop spending my money at Miami Companions.
DCBeauties lied to me once and I'm never going back. Apres Vous pissed me off and I removed myself from their mailing list.
I might be running out of hobbying opportunities but, like you, I hate being lied to.
We wouldn't get the benefits of your bad experience. I'm sure you meant complaining to MC would be pointless...
I'm hoping you didn't go for more then an hour since they screwed up and were giving you an alternate. And yes, they knew you were planning to spend a lot of $, so tell me you considered this and only went for one hour?
Well, I've never seen anyone from MC and probably won't - but appreciate those who do such as you and write commentary like this for others to consider...
Thanks MB
Thank you MB. I agree with Slip. I have learned quite a lot from your post, and it is highly unlikely that I will use them in the future. See......you post is already having an effect on MC. Right in their pocketbook!
I made a point of at least acknowledging the fact I haven't seen anyone and would likely not in the future. But to be honest, it isn't all about his post - it's about the $ and personal preferences.
I would discount MC as an agency that should be boycotted. In fact, most of the time they provider the services and people they offer.
In this case, what I've learned is not to take second offers if the one I had planned on wasn't going to make it. Also, the facts are not known as far as the one he intended to see could very well have been sick. Schedulers are subject to errors and considering the history of MC, they seldom make mistakes or appear to manipulate the hobbyist into seeing another - I could be wrong - others need to speak up for history.
But, all in all MB's post reflect the opinion of many that it sucks to be cancelled on, especially with no notification. And once that occurs, what is left is disdain and suspicion not founded by facts to consider they manipulated him into seeing another. Not saying they didn't - just don't know for a fact.
I'm sure it's quite possible that she got sick. So for that I hold nothing against the girl I was supposed to se originally.
My problem was that I was not informed of this until I was a few blocks from the hotel, and that was when I called them to let them know I was running behind. When asked why I wasn't called, they said they lost my appt info. So the girl gets sick AND they lost my appt info? A few hours earlier, she was healthy, and they knew I was on the schedule.
As I said, they "lost" my appt info when they realized they had a sucker in town with a lot of cash on hand.
I only saw the other girl for one hour.
What I meant to say was that complaining to MC was pointless because the money's spent and they probably don't care anyway.
Whew - so you have enough left over to see someone else... Not a total loss... Just enough to piss off everyone I know who has been through this. I've been through this - but not exactly as you. It leaves too much suspicion when they say they lost your appointment. I agree, and then should have at least called to cancel or make a suggestion earlier.
I know how you feel. I have had a no show situation happen with with an outcall. Thank goodness I brought my laptop with me to look up the shopping list for a replacement. I have never had a no show incall appointment with an independent provider.
It is best to confirm like 1-2 hours before the appointment before you leave.
i don't like agencies .. no one knows where you name ends up to be... also i am sure they probably get targeted often by LE.. so i am strickly independent.. Plus you have to remember an indy cannot afford to get a bad review on TER.. if they do they are done in this community.. so they always over perform..
But it wasn't a big deal then.. I had some decent success with Miami Companions and will go back.. Sorry you had a problem with them but the same thing happen with your favorite agency also.
My "favorite agency" actually did do a last minute cancellation on me once last summer. That was no big deal since I knew they'd make it up to me.
MC to make it up to you?? You take the good with the bad with these agencies..Glad your favorite agency made it up to you.
BTW; did you bring up your "last minute cancellation" to the board like today on MC.
Nor about making it up as they did give him a small discount.
But as I see it, it's more about conveniently losing his appointment and not being considerate enough to call him about the cancellation. More about suspicions we can have for why a normally reliable agency wouldn’t be reliable anymore.
I also don't see it as having the same effect or reason to post. He admits the one he wanted to see could have had something come up, they all do from time to time.

Snooze you lose. I have a problem with someone running point for one agency and bashing another. I am a little leery.. Thanks slipry for the explanation.
I'm not trying to defend them, but just so you have another data point:
I was looking for action on Thursday morning and called MC to see if Stephanie had any time, and was told that she was fully booked for the rest of the trip. They didn't even offer Paula at the time.
. . . the lie.
In one of my cases, I called the agency after the fact to complain and they responded by lying. I've already paid them; thet didn't need to lie. Some people think the truth is optional.
Stephanie appoinments were cancelled for Saturday or at least that was what I was told. They called me for confirmation this morning, then called me back 20 minutes later, saying she was feeling under the weather and was cancelling all her appointment. It as shame because this is the 3rd time I have missed her. It's wierd that they offered Paula to you as she was not on the DC list.
It was a bit upsetting to begin my Saturday that way. I debated on trying someone new like 18YO Kelly/Jenna that everyone talks about, but I wanted more then 1 round. I decided to go to good old reliable TGND and see Bianca. I had a fantastic time. It was the 3rd time I have seen her, so I guess she does get less reserved when she gets to know you (first 2 times were average).

This thread has gotten me to take a look at the "Girls that Tour" page again. Looks like MC has recruited a few Sweeties girls. Celine, Nicole (Jessica at Sweeties), and Kimberly (Paris at Sweeties). I joined Sweeties to see Kirsh but I was also hoping to get Celine here (because she has a great 8 hour rate). Hopefully MC can do something like that.
8 years ago Papa John's Pizza screwed up an order and treated me like sh*t -- haven't been back since. A few weeks back United Airlines refused to honor an e-ticket they had cofirmed through e-mail I flew 35,000 miles on United in 2005 -- guress how many they'll get this year.
My only experience with MC was great, but it only takes one bad experience to ruin a reputation.
You did the right thing by letting the world (or at least MC's major market) know about your experience. I may still try MC if Sonia comes back, but if something like happened to you occurs that'll be the last time I use them.
To "provoke a little conversation with us" all you need to do is email us, you would have gotten a response within 24 hrs.
I don't think you were being lied to, as we don't make it a policy to lie to our customers, if we did we wouldn't be around as long as we have been. In fact, quite the opposite, I don't think anyone has a better reputation for trying to be honest and reliable. We treat our internal customers (the ladies we represent) and our external customers (you the client) as our first priority. It's not always easy to keep both happy but we do our best. Our best was not good enough this time, somewhere, we as a company made a mistake. I have no idea now because too much time has passed for me to be able to investigate it. Part of the problem might be that at the end of the day we get rid of all records, so unless I am informed of a problem immediately it's very difficult to find out what happened. If I were to guess, I would guess that when Stephanie said she was sick and didn't want to see anyone else one of our phone staff called and cancelled the appts and then got rid of Stephanie's schedule, he/she must have assumed you were called and cancelled but you weren't. Then when you called the records were already gone so it couldn't be verified either way. I know it's fun and easy to kick an agency around, even though we provide a needed service to both clients and girls it seems everyone loves to hate the agency. Maybe because we are the buffer between the clients and the girls, which the girls want but the clients usually don't. I also recognize that there is no way to "win" one of these discussions. No matter what I say we'll be kicked around some more. The phone person must have recognized their mistake since they offered the discount. So yes, we did make a a mistake, yes we are very sorry that it happened. But we are not liars, it is in our best interest to make sure every appointment does happen, we don't like mistakes, we try to be as perfect as we can be, but perfection is a journey. The only reason you were offered to see Paula was as a courtesy to let you know someone else was there since you had driven all the way to the hotel and were upset you weren't going to be able to see anyone. We don't think you were a "Mark with lot's of money" if we treated people like that we wouldn't be in business. Believe me, girls cancel on us all the time and it's very frustrating, hell just getting them to make their flights and show up is a challenge sometimes. We always cancel appointments as soon as we know a girl is not available. We don't want the stress and drama anymore than you do. As far as not asking too much of people, just courtesy and honesty, that is exactly how we feel to and how we do strive to run our business. It's too bad you didn't complain though right away, I might have been able to get to the bottom of it. I don't mind when clients complain at all, a client who complains gives you the opportunity to fix the problem and keep the client, a client who doesn't complain just goes away and you never even know about it. I prefer to hear the complaint, work on the problem and keep the client. It's easy to jump on the hate the agency band wagon but all we can do is our best, I'm sorry we failed you MBnewbie.
check your PMs. Let's put this shit to bed.
I was a little harsh in my tone and I am sorry for that. I will make it point to think before I leap..Sorry MB..

I've never been unhappy with the service of MC up in Baltimore. Some of the girls? Well, that is another matter, sometimes. However, MC has always given me a discount for the next gal I see (when my experience was unsatisfactory). That's just about all that they can do.
Ideally an unsatisfactory experience should be compensated by a freeby next time around. However, given the "he said, she said" nature of these disputes I think a 50% discount the next time around would be about right.
So how big is the discount that MC offers?
Wow - 50% - that would be kewl... It's not like the food and restaurant industry. For scheduling errors such as MB - it was 50 off - at least that's what I think it turned out to be.
I would say that there would have to be some serious trouble to get a 50% discount. As I understand it, the discount in absorbed by MC as it was not the replacement players fault nor the one who fell ill and couldn't see him..
Heck, I've had worse cases where all I get is an "I'm sorry" and as MC so well stated it, business tends to fall off when you have poor customer service and satisfaction.. So few ever come out in public to apologize..
Discounts - hell, are they still trying to satisfy you - that must be a lot of discounts Ponz - LOL... Please, I owe you a beer for that one... And yes, my work load is coming down - now it's no more then 12 hour days and soon it will be 11, then 10 which is normal...
Write my thesis on customer relations in the entertainment business - LOL.. No that wasn't a kick... I applaud you verbosity - and single paragraph writing style - OK - enough of the jokes (and yes that was a little kick – for fun) - Thanks for clearing the air of contempt.. I will someday use your agency and services..
