Deferred Status of a Review

I just submitted a review and it has not been posted yet. When I go to view it, the status says "Deferred".  

Does anyone know that this means?

I sent a message to Admin, but have not gotten any response back yet.

Go back into the review & adjust some stuff.  Especially in juicy details I've heard clients say "there wasn't enough details"     Maybe try that!!!

The lady that I posted a review for changed her name after I saw her, but before I had submitted my review, so Admin was delaying my review till they could verify a few things.
