Lots of women love VS because they inflate sizes. I know for a fact that I am a 34 C, at VS, I wouldnt fit into anything smaller that a 36 D and that would be snug! Plus we live in a disposable society, styles change so frequently that we often dont even keep stuff long enough for it to show wear and tear.
I prefer Natori because they use such fine material and have some very traditional designs (I love garters and herring bone corsets!). VS is good for some fun and funky stuff (like my little Santa outfit!) but if you expect something long-lasting, forget it! I believe more ladies (myself included) choose gift certificates from VS because you can find one in every mall! Plus you can get a descent little outfit for 60$ or so.

I have noticed that several of you have wish lists on your websites and are looking for lingerie from Victoria's Secret. Why VS? While I don't wear anything from Victoria's Secret (although for the right amount of money or favors, I could be convinced... 
), girlfriends have shunned VS stuff and switched to other brands like La Perla, Cosabella, Natori, Hanro, Princesse Tam-Tam and some others. Although they are more expensive, I've been told they last far longer than similar items from VS. Is it due to the items' washability, or just that VS stuff is easier to find? Just curious...
