Seems to me that the prices in DC are considerably lower than here in NYC.  I'm going to DC this week for business, thought I'd add some pleasure to the mix...

Are the prices simply lower in DC, or are they generally low-balled to add-on a hustle/expected tip for FS?

I lived in NYC a long time and then in DC another long time, all the while periodically researching the naughty escort women from all over, for fun and whatever.
NYC women charge more because the rent is extortionate in comparison with the rest of the civilized world.
NYC  women are bitchier, sometimes more striking, but always enduring hunger strikes, and not very good at marathon banana gobbling, although they charge more than upper Park Ave patent counsel, who typically suck also, but in a different way.
DC escorts are far more honest than the usual, but sadly never of PB lingerie mag quality. This is a more serious city, led by unbeautiful, less-phony people than NYC, which is why I live here, not to mention the trash in the air you breathe !!!
