By Chicago standards any snow in DC will resemble an early spring day in the Windy City...You will be fine..

May not snow at all and it is probably too warm to stick

But you know how DC people are when they see a single snowflake. They raid the grocery stores and buy 2 weeks worth of food and cancel all activities. They shack up in a bomb shelter and pray for life. Welcome to the Nation's Capitol.

Minor event if anything

It should be too warm for it to stick, and the probability of snow in the current National Weather Service forecast isn't even 50%.
