It's really hit or miss for me (about 6 girls over about 2 years).  I've never had an upsell, but I've had anything between a "3" and an "8".  Generally, I've found that the more mature providers are more on the higher end of the scale.  When I've had a bad experience, Vanessa is always good about making it up to you.

DC Hot Girls is OK for that sudden urge when you've not planned ahead and is certainly a step above an AMP in most cases.

I can't comment on locations, because I always see them in Tyson's.
