She has a full-time job so her schedule is very limited. You still have more than 2 weeks before your visit so you should be able to set up an appointment. Her e-mail address is [email protected]. Her assistant handles her appointments. Personally, I like CSJ - #1 better because of her athletic/voluptuous body type, but if you like thin women then KA is your gal. They are both great so you can't go wrong with either.

Danika Zaya - #4 also fits your requirements but I have not had the pleasure of meeting her yet (I am seeing her soon though).
