Visited Shell Green Spa on my last visit to DC. Looks like she closed. Any recommendation in DC proper without going out to VA or MD?

We all miss SG.  And Asian Mist.  And a couple others.  But, for now there are no FS AMPs in DC (or VA/MD).   If there are they have gone seriously UTR.

At this point, for that level of service, you need to book an escort.  If you want something close to the drive-in convenience of an AMP then an agency sounds like the way to go.  Assuming you are comfortable with the screening and/or risk of them getting busted with your info in hand.
