Go to Europe. You‘ll end up saving money and get to travel. In particular, Germany and Spain will get you high quality and in all cases affordable.

Had a wonderful trip to Barcelona Spain recently and had a great fucking time.  The somewhat legal brothels were excellent.  The price difference was amazing.  The selection of international hotties was off the hook. Do a google search or even search here on TER and you will be amazed. London seemed to be priced the same or more as here, though.

DC is just stupidly expensive. Dinner for two at an average restaurant can set you back a $100 easily. Touring rates are always 50 to 100 more than in other regions of the country. Your best bet are the agencies to manage costs. They are half or more LESS than independents of the same caliber (or sadly worse than the independents).

For example, Sasha Stolin who now charges +650 used to be a $300 agency girl.  

Montreal is a good close alternative. $180 USD for a true 20 year old hottie with better service than most MILFs here who charge two to three times as much (or more). But you have flight and hotel costs to consider. So you have to spend a base amount, which means more visits at a lower price points before you save any money - but an option.

Forgot to add, flight time DC to Montreal is an hour and a half direct. Like going from Dupont Circle to Tysons in bad rush hour traffic. LOL
