I've read a few threads on DATY; one said never do it at an AMP.  Wondering why?  Obviously, the implication was they're less sanitary.  I love DATY, which strangely makes me a pretty inactive hobbyist, because, well, for the usual reasons discussed about DATY.  But I'm thinking about that AMP statement.  What about the non FS AMPs?  Sure, non FS doesn't mean anyone is cleaner...and it says nothing of their activities elsewhere...and I know they rotate, so who knows where they've been (although there always seemed to me to be a definite distinction between the DC and NOVA AMP staffs).  So, not saying NOVA AMPS, for example are better places for DATY...but, it just seems that since there is no FS, it's just a more attractive option if DATY's a priority.  Actually, I've been on a multiyear hiaitus; always hard to pull the trigger for just the reason discussed above.  Getting dangerously close to the edge of the slippery slope now though, so looking for some input.  And if I go down that slope, as it's been awhile, what's the standard NOVA tip these days for (A) tug, and (B) DATY?

On a related note, read a recent thread of survey questions for providers.  I think one said she likes DATY.  And another said she doesn't get enough from her guys.  Really??  Wondering if this is representative?  I know some get into it...but others kind of allow it, but don't want you camping out, or so it seems.  Thoughts?
