I prepaid for a sponser ad, 3 months upfront.  New ownership comes in and my ad is gone.  I got 2 out of 3 months, so out a couple hundred dollars.  

I have reached out to support several times, as well as to the "new owner", not  a single response from anyone.  Just ignored.

I tried to settle this nicely between them and I and now have no recourse but to bring it to my local board, as well as the GB.  

I feel ripped off and want to warn anyone that intends to pay them money.  Unacceptable way to run a business.  They need to get their shit together.

New owners or not, they need to make things right.

Glad I do not do business with them.....understand your need to though.

I understand an adjustment period, but answer your emails and have respect for your advertisers, especially after you have my money.  I honestly feel scammed.  Not cool and no excuse.

A little birdie says it's not just new owners, but some other things may be going on - like data cooperation/sharing.  

 
I'd personally try and get rid of data as best as possible. I didn't even know people used Datecheck all that much anymore.

 
TER and RS2K seem to be the most stable ones, and P411 seems questionable these days as well.
