I'm unable to get emails through to DC, they bounce back to me saying they are on "HOLD". I'm already missing out on a provider's verification because of this...is anyone having email problems with DC?

But,you should get an automated message from date-check that says they received your message even though the email bounced back.I think it is up to 48hrs to respond but they usually respond before that time frame.Good luck to you.

And they told me they would get back to me within 48 hours ..... That was a week ago ;(
