For me it doesn't change my mood, it amplifies whats there already.  

If I'm in a Ok to good mood, a good session will make it a GREAT day.

If I'm anywhere less than neutral, by the end of the session I'm completely miserable.

And since I can never predict what sort of day it will be (work sucked? traffic sucked? something else?) it makes it senseless to schedule a week or even days in advance, which means most the highly rated ladies are unavailable.

Mostly stick with massage parlours since they work for spur of the moment.
