Be nice - you don't know that what he suggested is based on fiction or fact of law. He is correct in his statement where LE will lie in order to coerce you into incriminating comments. While they can lie, you cannot. If you are caught lying, they will have you for false statements. While it is possible to use intent or probably cause to CYA - the courts will accept the fact they were pursuing an investigation and the lie of being pulled over for other reasons won't make a difference.

Unless you confess, they have nothing to hold against you as they did not catch you in the act or have already proven the intent of anyone to visit this place should be reasonably assumed by priors or history. Deny, evade answers, or say nothing isn't always as easy as you would assume while you are under pressure and obviously guilty - try a poker face - LOL...

So, I hope the original poster realizes how he could be brought into a case against this place from his confession. Which will become public information regardless of what the LE told him...

And I agree with you Chris - the use of an alias to blast others with criticisms is unacceptable and a sign of cowardice. While some of his comments were suggesting alternatives, the post was more of a harsh criticism of what he had done wrong and an baseless opinion of what another would or should do - unless you have a recorded history of conflicts with LE, you won't know what to do or say when they come down on you...

So, in the future – please consider not using an alias – it gains more respect and consideration when you aren’t hiding behind a mask

Oh - and please, don't post what you know based on fictional TV shows - kinda ruins the credibility.
