personal experiences. I'm not sure if anyone ever praised an agency here in DC before. Because of the history of some agencies that no longer exist in our area and for obvious reasons, I can certain say that BFM is different in terms of standards and professionalism.

First, I know that there's a few threads and PM's about their increasing rates and I want to clarify that part. If you see an independent provider, she too is charging $400 and hour, and often times more. The girls that work for the agencies have to give them a percentage, and often times it's 1/3 of the actual rate they charge. So, I think its more than fair that some of providers charge $400 an hour.

Secondly, I want to talk about autonomy. Many girls that work for an agency DO NOT have autonomy. As with the case of some of the "previous" agencies that no longer exist. Why? Because, well, lets just say I've seen my handful of BFM girls and they always give me excellent feedback about Lilly and Cassie and how they work with them and not against them.

I'll give you a few examples. A typical agency will book back to back, often times, not enough time to prepare for the next client. However, a provider that works for BFM can influence Lilly and Cassie about their schedule. For instance, it can even be an hour or more in between sessions. Also, the girls are not forced to work. I've spoken to many girls and they say that they will literally take a day or two break from their schedule tour date. Also, they have the luxury to leave and go home anytime they want. Which explains most of the premature departures. They work with them and not against them.

Besides the schedule, providers can charge their rates as they see fit. Not many agency girls can charge what they want to charge, instead, they have to settle for the standard rate of the agency. ALL of the girls I've spoken to said that they have autonomy in their workplace and Lilly and Cassie are professional and a pleasure to work with. In other words, they do what they want to do and are NOT forced into doing something that they want to do.

Thirdly, from my experiences with these beautiful ladies, what an excellent, fulfilling, and totally satisfying experience I've had with these gorgeous ladies. BFM are always prompt, "usually" a an email is returned within 10 minutes. If I don't receive an email reply within a reasonable time, then they never fail me with a text message. They ALWAYS respond to previously existing clients (in good standing) text messages as long as it is professional and business orientated.  

Finally, for those that say they will not see BFM for their own reasons (probably influence by the past agencies here in DC that no longer exist), I say, reconsider. I've had a fucking blast with their girls. Again, its one thing to pay for it and experience the fantasy, but lately, these girls have been fucking my brains out like its no tomorrow.

So, thank you BFM for the excellent service you provide to your clients and to your providers. I have not yet seen a thread that praised an agency here yet. But, if their is one, you certainly earned the spot. Please continue to have your providers rock my fucking world I also know that working in any environment is tough. Every job is like that. A good post, Dollar.  I would add that I have had recent PMs with a young lady who left BFM, and the effusive praise that she had for them was refreshing to hear and debunked many of my perceptions.  She spoke quite a bit about how extraordinarily well they treat their ladies.

The agencies take a lot more public floggings than the independents, in part because if one agency messes up then the stink seems to stick to them all.  

Have only used two agencies, ever.  My 1st provider experience (won't even go there - AWFUL agency but I either got very lucky or she just felt bad for this man who was so nervous he no doubt looked like he was gonna puke) and then I saw McKenzie (on hiatus) at Philly Private Liaisons which was just wonderful experience as well.

There were so many beautiful agency girls coming into town in February that I got myself pre-approved by three of them.  Feeling that itch for a new experience now, has been almost three months now since I have seen a new-to-me-provider, have been communicating with one independent but if that falls through for this week, then maybe it is time.

It isn't the first time that an agency's contributions to this hobby hsd been publicly acknowledged, but keep in mind that we've seen some tremendous upheavals in the agency landscape here just in the past 2 years alone. I do, however, agree that BFM consistently brings a top-shelf product to the market. I do wish that there were some way to get better info more quickly aside from sifting through "mini" reviews.  Otherwise, as it all too often happens, it is time for a fine young lass to conclude her time with us before a profile has been created or a review has posted.  We certainly could have worse problems...  Desirable Companions is another operation that deserves major props and has always done me right.

BFM has taken good care of me and the ladies are top notch. That's why I make sure to do a mini when ever I see one of the ladies.
