We set a date several weeks in advance, everything seemed to be going smoothly, then I heard nothing from her the day prior when I tried to confirm.  She just dropped off the face of the earth.

She did rematerialize several months later with one of the local agencies, but needless to say, I won't plan to see her given the NCNS.
