Contacting Syd's

Email is the best way to reach Syd's. They change their address from time to time, here's the latest that I used last week:

[email protected]

Also, if everyone is booked up, they probably won't reply to a lot of inquiries. Try again later. Their web page is not always up to date, so it's best to email and ask who's where--don't go by those "X is visiting DC now!" statements on the girls' web pages.

I've dealt with Syd's for some time now, and they nearly always have good customer service, though there have been occasional lapses. Still, it's my favorite agency. BTW, they do a pretty thorough screening...

I had a frustrating experience with Stacy last night, and wanted to see if I am wrong in being pissed about how this was handled.

Stacy is an indy listed on Eros, 22 yo spinner type. She has four reviews, and looked pretty decent. I called the day before to schedule a two hour appointment. Very unusual screening questions: What is your age? What is your body-type? What is your weight and height? What is your race? (I'm white). She never once asked me for provider references. So we confirm that I will call her when I get settled into my room, since I didn't know where I was staying. But we confirm and agree for 8:00PM, two hours.

My flight lands, and at 6:30 PM, call her number, share the hotel name, and will call her again when I get my room number. No call back. When I get to my room, I call again at 6:45 PM, give the room number, saying I look forward to seeing her at 8PM. No call back, even to say she got my message, or give me a cancel excuse. At least that would give me time to try something else. Get to the room, I order a bottle of wine, which I saw she likes, and some appetisers for us to nosh on. Showered, etc. I call again at 7:30 to see if she is running on time. No call back. Now I'm worried. I have had this happen before where I get no call backs, and then the knock on the door comes on time, so Im worried, but figure it may be a rookie mistake. Then I hear nothing. No knock, no return message. I call at 8:00 PM, ask where she is, and mention, as a TER member-I am-I would like a call back to see if she's alright. At 8:05 I get a message-my phone rings once, so its a reply message-that since I didn't confirm by 5PM, like she said the day before, she assumed the date was cancelled. She never said this the day before, and why not relay that message to me at 6:45 or so?

The point is, when I was scheduling an appointment with her the day before, I knew I was on a plane at 5PM, and would have never agreed to that, and she never even mentioned this. And why not call me back at 6:30 and tell me that news so I can make alternate plans?

I just found this, added to the wierd 'body-type' screenign questions to be weird, and her to be very unprofessional.
Am I wrong to be angry about the way she handled this?

A big thank you to Tess for getting back to me quicky and explaining her lack of availability. I should have tried to book her first. That was prosessional, calling even though your busy-take notes here, Stacy.

Tell me what you guys think?

I'm seeing her today (Sat) and just called to confirm, as requested when we made the appt. This is my first time seeing her, so we'll see what develops. I tried to get her last weekend, but she didn't reply to my phone messages--apparently she was out of town, according to sources in the know...

I assumed she asked the description questions to ID me (height, weight, race, age, pretty simple stuff). She also asked for a work telephone number, as have Syd's (my favorite agency).

While I was writing this, Stacy called back with the pertinent info for our meet. No problems! :)

...if she is only a fraction of the beautiful woman Stacy herself is! :D

Although Stacy has some rules that some might object to (CBJ, no DFK), she is a total angel! I'm going to try to write a review, but words fail me. Anyone who knows me knows I'm hardly ever at a loss for words (ie, talk/write too much!), but it's true.

Basically, she's a perfect 10: great personality (very important to me), body, face, intelligence. I'm planning to give her that 10 in the "looks" category, which is a first for me (I'm pretty conservative, see my reviews). I suppose I'll have to give her a lower "performance" rating by TER rules, though, but she was fantastic IMHO. How did I not see her before!? Her only downside is her $$$.5 rate, especially when I usually opt for 1.5 to 2 hrs...

By the way, the picture on this post captures my likeness pretty well, for a cartoon. ;-) Oh, and Stacy's too.

Stacy, if you are reading this (she & I talked about TER), I can't wait to see you again...even if I have to drive from Gainesville at rush hour ;-)

If you see her, tell her to be a tad quicker on the phone replies, or leave a message that says she wont be available. We kind of can sniff out b.s. excuses like a bloodhound on an escaped convict. Maybe she will make it up to you. No second chance with me, I'm done.

I would have opted for Syd's, but their phone message said their girls are on vacation and will return in January. I thought that was an indication of low activity, but I liked the talent and reviews.

looks like she has a nice ass....how stringent is she on the age 35 minimum....I'm a couple years shy, but I do have some college-coed fantasies....

I have never given a provider a bad review, but in Stacy's case I'll gladly make an exception.  She attempted to shake me down for extra money. She's got a drug habit (and deals). I'll leave out alot of other details but provide fair warning to all.

Stacy, if you read this -- F.U. you sorry piece of white trash

To all you other providers, Stacy is someone who gives people like you a bad rap.
