I had that issue sent one of the agencies email through the I line form and personal email. Then called them few times. Finally got the response regarding screening information.

But some are notorious that way.

If not I don't think they will pay attention to an email unless is originates from their web form.

I have been using all the K-girl agencies for years.  But I have had several people write me asking if they were doing something wrong in trying to contact the agency.

This has been a problem for a long time.  I am sorry you are caught in it.  I have no solution for you.  Try sending an email and follow up with a text.
