I'm glad that the agency is wishing to improve but what I wrote in the subject line would be the first issue I'd like to see them address. The accused innocent has never forgotten.... 
Not to rehash an old story that isn't even important to me anymore, but I'm sure there are folks who recall that DMVIndys banned me for walking out on someone. ClassyDC, being intrinsically linked to DMVIndys, also banned me. This would be proof that they share the same or similar client list or dns list.
Worse, I was accused of a crime that I didn't even commit. It was pretty dirty, but I have gotten over it because no one else bought that story. Turns out other agencies and indies didn't buy that story either. A couple of former agency ladies have told me that most agency operators take sides with their girl's not the clients, so maybe it's understandable they did what they did even though deep down they probably know I am innocent.
I've been hobbying happily nonetheless since then. My hobby budget has increased quite a bit and I have found that there are no shortage of gorgeous providers willing to take my money. I've had the privilege of seeing some of the hottest ladies of my dreams: UTRs, porn stars, top rated ladies from the top 100. Buyers will always have a choice and flock where quality is known to exist.
Recently, I have (unfortunately) had to walk out on another girl from another local agency. They have been rapidly gaining popularity due to their solid reputation and exceptional quality. The folks at that agency handled it very professionally knowing that I don't walk out on girls for no reason and they in turn valued me as a customer. 99.9% of the other times they have delivered exceptional service and quality, so this wasn't what represents them. Granted, others have thought she is hot so maybe she just wasn't my type. Whichever the case, instead of blasting me and accusing me with a crime I didn't commit, they offered to book me with another girl almost immediately. No blue balls to a customer who is happily ready to part with the donation. We managed to maintain our good relationship and I obviously intend on using their services for as long as they exist.
Wish I could have said the same for DMVindys and ClassyDC but accusing an innocent man of something he didn't do isn't the most professional thing I've seen in this business. No hard feelings really, I don't even care anymore because plenty of people know me better than that.
