Any of you guys actually pay attention to this on the home screen? My sex therapist told me a few years said this will be my down fall since I am so competitive and feel I always have to be in the top rankings.

It really doesn't matter to me how, or how often, you and the other men here choose to play... that's your business. There will always be others with more means and those with less... so what?
