The answer is YES. I was wondering the same thing when I saw ladies posting BBFS . I am just returning to the community I have to tell you I will never be able to compete with that kind of risky behavior. BTW there is no test for men for HPV and there are 100 strains, better get vaccinated .  I had a TER/P411 gentleman ask me if I would engage in BBFS I was shocked, of course I declined. I never offer myself first BBFS. I always prioritize protection unless it's requested. I respect everyone’s boundaries and safety. As @debsoc said earlier: you cannot get STDs simply just by being in the same room with someone — that’s what protection is for. I take excellent care of my health, get tested before every trip, and I am on PrEP.

Seems like the terminology police little cock holystonethedeck is overreacting here. Who really cares? Have you heard of doxycycline PrEP and other forms of PrEP? Consider that many people who use these medications also get regular STI tests. Just because they don’t talk about it doesn’t mean they aren’t using protection. As long as they know they’re safe, it’s up to each person to decide what they’re comfortable with.  

For everyone who has an issue with BBFS, isn’t BBBJ essentially the same concept in a different form? Those who live in glass houses shouldn’t cast the first stone. It seems a lot of people here are sharing opinions while they themselves engage in bareback services.

I take prep and have Doxy on hand, I was told not to take Doxy regularly. I’ll have to read more into that. I think we all should have it whether bbfs or not!

Didn’t know they combine doxycycline with Prep. The reason you don’t take doxycycline that often is one of the most powerful and effective antibiotics. You don’t want to become resistant to it by taking it too much (always finish your cycle if you have been prescribed it). That’s why I find it odd that there would be a combo drug…..becoming resistant to it would be bad….

Providers today now have to explicitly post on bbfs or bb in their ads.  It's extremely dangerous now.  If you go to another hobby board std outbreaks are a major occurrence.  In Maryland certain parts are bbfs zones (northern Howard county up until and including Baltimore).  There is some going on in pg county, a few years ago there was a major outbreak and the majority of providers are posting no daty, no bbfs, no gfe.

Informed consent is the only ethical position. Some will choose to partake, some will choose to see the lady but stay safe themselves, and some will choose to avoid all together. To each their own... but that can only happen when integrity is present on both sides.🙏🏼

If you ask a provider directly, and they get any indication you dont want to see them because of it, then they will just say no.
