I do cancel if I am sick, even a little bit.  I feel like it's too much risk for the provider.  This is their livelihood, and if I give them a cold, it could put them out of work for several days or a week.  It's not like working from home and not going to office when you're sick.

I do worry, though, that it makes me look like a flake - maybe making up an excuse to cancel at the last minute. But I just figure that's the way it is, and I have to do the right thing.

.....my breath just goes to bloody hell when I get sick. Always has, I mean since I was a kid.  Annoys the fuck out of me, my wife will tell me a full three days before I actually get sick that I am going to be sick in a few days.  And she is correct every damn time.  

Kissing is a big, BIG part of the provider experience to me.  A big part of foreplay is the whole "holding her close, nibbling and kissing thing" so I would by definition have to cancel/reschedule in that situation.  No way I am going to go see her with my "sick breath", and no way I am passing on the intimacy as part of the experience.

Not to mention, as you said.....you are not only playing with her health but also her livelihood.  So that alone should settle the equation.

"Id much rather find the right girl for a pounding quickie".   Funny, I was just thinking the same thing last night.  Actually found myself researching girls on TER who offer 15 and 30 minute "specials", which is WAY outside my comfort zone.  After the build-up of a five month flirtation resulting in the two most sensual hours of my life this week, I actually feel like creating a contrast now and just finding an absolute...I won't actually use that word but you know where I am going with this....for toy play and to just fuck her brains out.  Never been after that before, always the direct opposite.  Weird.

I also hope that a provider would cancel with me.  There are some gifts that should be spread but not the cold virus.

I've rarely cancel. In  over 10 years probably no more than 2 or 3 times. With a single exception that was work related all were due to illness.  And I'm pretty sure I was always able to notify the lady at least a day or two before the appt.

Damn selfish to disregard the health of others for a moment of pleasure.

It's happened to me twice, and I simply emailed the ladies in question, telling then I had a cold. My inclination is to cancel, as it's much less fun for me, but I leave it up to them as courtesy. So far, one went for it and the other rescheduled.

As soon as I know I am sick, I will cancel and try to reschedule. Hard for me to reschedule, since I only hobby when I travel.  BTW, do the ladies do the same?
