Just out of curiosity. When u guys look at our appearance and performance rating what numbers do you consider as a bad review? Or a girl you wouldn't want to see. I only ask this because someone told me my reviews were all over the place with high and low scores. So when lookin at my own score I notice that out of 31 reviews I had 4 that were under a 5 now I know not everyone will always be completely happy with each girl's service but is it a bad thing that I wasn't always gfe or that I'm selective at times u can't expect to cut out the lights and not want to cut them on and expect a gfe service right!

Kid, I'm going to give it to you straight, I'm not going to sugar coat it because to do so would be a disservice to the possible learning moment before you.
After investing the time ( way past my bedtime) to read and analyze your reviews a few things are very clear.
1) Out of 31 reviews your average performance score is 6.7. in my professional opinion, if that was a grade it would be a C in my Escort Academy
2) Your performance scores are indeed all over the map and you are inconsistent going back to 2007. I don't know you therefore I can't presuppose why that is. However, I have seen this patten before and often, in my experience, it is ' indicative of ' chronic or habitual personal life challenges and/or issues. Whether that applies in your case only you know and I'm not making any accusations.
3) In scrutinizing your reviews three consistent themes reoccur over and over in some cases even in your better reviews. It would seem you have technique (skill set), personal interaction, genuineness challenges. Just so it can not be said I'm making suppositions in a vacuum I submit the following:
"...you'd be better off with a good porn and a jar of vaseline."
"...She also claimed to have a migraine...She is a big time liar and faker"
" ..... but then gave uninspired attention to me. Halfhearted .."
"both her hand and mouth work are waaaay to rough"
Look, I'm not here to attack your self-esteem, I'm presenting to you the facts, here is what you need to work on. Failing that, the statements by multiple reviewers applies which is " lower your prices to be commensurate with the competency of the services". Those are not my words, this phrasing in various forms are in too many of your reviews.
As a side note life lesson:
The problem with trading on your looks in life, is sooner or later you have to back it up with performance. This is where the curse of beauty screws you every-time and often in life leads to little or no character. Many of the older men and women here may know what I'm alluding to as a life principle.
Moving on.....
You asked the question "..what number do you consider as a bad review?" I can only speak for my business, however any associate who gets below a 7 on performance more than twice I've been known to, (depending upon the circumstances) terminate. Usually, we isolate the issue, address it and attempt to fix it first. I should also point out, I've also been known to force associates to take a break when I see the signs of burn out or they are not having fun anymore. When it's stops being fun, it's time to go.
I would say the same thing to you. If you're no longer having fun and this has become pure survival for you (universal tense) nothing more and you're ending the day crying in the shower trying to wash "them" off you, it's time to go. The money isn't worth the psychological damage one in such a mental place would be doing to themselves.
As I said, I don't know you, I'm not attacking you. However I am going to tell you the truth as I see it.
The only question remains now is are you going to show great character and learn from what I said ?
Or not and do something else.

I never contested to be at the top of my game, nor was I looking to have my review evaluated and reviewed by you. i have to agree with lee . Ryan you have been on my to do list. these are just genaral observations. I have had some crappy seesions, this year no way to suger coat . I just decided no more unreviewed girls, no performace rating under an 8 . I am so tired of so called model type girls with no performace to back up the looks . With donations up and service down I am holding out for the true superstars and not paying the bench warmers anymore. under 7 is a Fail or a major misunderstanding in expectations for both parties

GFE is so miss used .I prefer a RBGFE but there arent too many of those around here. The Cali GFE is catching on like a desaise around here and i am tired of it. Yeah that would be wierd if a guy comes in your room and starts turning out the lights before he introduced himself, lol.... If I walk in a providers room and it is lit up like the club at closing time, then yes I will ask the provider to dim the lights or maybe even turn them off, this is normal. In reading reviews where there are large swings in ratings I always wonder if the guy's appearance or attitude has anything to do with it. Although we are the ones paying for a service, I have to imagine for some of you ladies it is easier to be passionate and willing when your clients are attractive and in shape. For some of the you that consistently get top scores I imagine that you can see beyond it and your service is consistent regardless of the looks or abilities of your client. For some I imagine that old fat men turn you off so much that it lowers your performance. There has to be things that turn you off so much that providing GFE is near impossible.
Sound off ladies, what are the things that we do that can make the session go sour? While a part of me thinks it shouldn't really matter because I'm paying, I do want to get a good return on my hard earned money.
For me looks have nothing to do with it, I'm really turned on by guys with great attitudes and many are really down to earth those session usually always get the best out of anyone I'm sure it keeps a me really comfortable and willing to go all out over and beyond....
When looking at your reviews - the performance range is all over the place. To me it shows that you're not consistent, have issues interacting with people and maybe your skill set is lacking.
I like woman of all shapes, ages and sizes. Having one or two bad reviews in the course of 30 isn't bad and it just means that someone had an off day or they didn't click. I would throw those out. When the performance scores of guy's consistently is 7 or lower for a number of reviews in a row, it means performance is an issue.
I truly think guys rate on the A,B,C,D and Fail system on this site. I group the 10/9's in the A category and go from there down on the number scale. So when it's between an 8/8 to 7/7 there better be a quality or skill that I want in a session to motivate me into booking a session.

I have met some truly incredible women and the best compliment I can give them is to return as a client. This profession is very hard, but very rewarding if you're smart. The 9's and 10's work hard to evolve and separate themselves from the rest.
I would hope that only GFE's would receive 10's. If they are offering skills that other providers don't or can't why would I want to comingle the stratification of levels?

Anything 7 and above is good, because reviewers taste vary and the TER system does not allow reviews above 7 for what I can consider a top notch session.
I usually check out the reviews below 7 if the woman otherwise looks attractive in pics to me, sometimes there will be a review of 5 or 6, yet when you read the review the reviewer had a hot time and indicates he'd see her again - some guys are just low graders - the kinda professors that back in school everyone tried to avoid.
What hurts you are a predominance of low scores with no offsetting high scores, and reviews that mention what most consider to be bad practices - not starting session on scheduled time (nothing's worse than sitting in your car waiting for a call and the room number); rushed sessions and one pop then try to hurry you out the door; not being clean and fresh showered;
Beyond that, aside from the obvious ripoffs, its a matter of preference as totypes of sessions activities that are do's and don'ts. Personally, failure to allow DFK or DATY I view as a negative, although not conclusive eliminating factor.
quality massage, lingering cuddle time after the pop are positive facotrs.
However a 6 or 7 in appearance is normally ok for me. Performance matters most.
While it depends on the reviewer and services offered, for a GFE, I would agree with the consensus that 7 or below is probably where I draw the line at a bad review.

I have nothing new or novel to offer per everyone elses replies! In summary, my non-negotiables are I need DATY, DFK and a pleasing attitude that does not say...... "get on," "get off," and "get out." Typically ratings of 8/7 and less indicate this type of service.
- I've grown beyond the 10 in looks thing. I more cases than not...the 10's perform like "5s" and the 7/8 in appearance perform like "10's"
I know that can be difficult but give it a whirl. Be honest and gentle about your likes and dislikes, turn ons and turn offs. My big turn off is heavy cologne or garlic. I can't explain why my pussy smells like garlic later on if a client tries to go down on me with garlic breath!!
I also try to attract older, polite and cultured gentlemen. I state on my website to please greet me with a warm smile, it makes me a little more at ease with you.
Think very hard about what you want, what you truly enjoy about the business and with whom you want to enjoy it. Set your own ambience, lighting, state clearly that THAT is important and what you need to feel most comfortable and sexy or whatever.
True open honesty will weed out the guys that make you uncomfortable and sometimes we have to turn down what we think can lead to a career damaging experience. Saying no to a client that you don't think you will WANT to be GFE with may cost you a one hour rate but you'll gain much more by the good reviews you'll get from the ones you enjoyed!

I broadly agree with Lee Dreams, but let me try to put this in a way that makes this more factual and less personal (if that is possible with such a personal activity). I too have done some research, so let me try to explain with numbers.
As in most systems of rating, there is grade inflation in TER performance (and appearance) rankings. Your original post seems to assume that anything 5 or above is good. The fact is that a 5 or even a 6 is a low ranking relative to other escorts. Your average is 6.4 on performance, which indicates that a large number of your dates did have issues with your performance.
The TER review search function isn't perfect, but it is reliable enough. When I searched for Washington-area escorts with at least 10 reviews (no other search criteria) and sorted by performance, your came in 1119 out of 1253, just barely missing the bottom tenth of the rankings. I didn't look at measures of the distribution such as standard deviations, but your performance ratings do seem all over the place relative to other ladies and even relative to your own appearance ratings. Of course both appearance and performance are subjective, but I am surprised to see multiple performance ratings of both 2-5 (very low) and (8-10) for the same lady. Compare this to your appearance ratings; you have only one rating 6 or below on appearance, but nearly half are 6 or below (some way below) on performance.
As to my own cutoff, when I am searching TER for reviews, I set rating floor no lower than 7 each for both appearance and performance. I probably wouldn't see a new lady who wasn't at least 8 on performance.
The good thing is that performance can probably be changed more easily than appearance, and better disclosure might help. On performance, you have had some comments in your reviews and on your reviews in this thread already, and I suggest that you consider thinking about how to address issues raised in the less-good reviews. On disclosure, let me give a couple of examples. If GFE is only available to the select few, you can disclose that both on your own website (which current starts the description of services with "I provide true DFE sessions") and by asking to have your TER profile (which currently has "True GFE" and "Kisses with tongue) changed. Some guys won't care at all if it isn't GFE, but you risk disappointing men who find kissing or cuddling a key part of the experience if you don't disclose this. One reviewer raised period sex and claimed to be surprised when you offered only oral because you were having your period. If true, this should have been disclosed before the appointment, which would have avoided a bad review. I don't have problems with period sex myself, but most escorts I know well enough to discuss this with don't like it and so don't work that time of the month.
I am not trying to hurt your feelings here; I am just trying to give you constructive feedback on what seems like a sincere question.
For me, I make it a practice to READ the review. Unfortunately, not all people grade on the same curve. For example, my primary is above a 10/20 on both. And I have to scratch my head when I see her 8s and 9s. But it'll never affect her being my primary. By the same token, I'm not going to judge a lower number on something I know
If I don't know a provider...and it's a 1 in 1000 shot that I pick a provider I don't know...my habit is to read anything 8 or less.
