Within 30 miles of DC... Familiar with the area in or out is never a problem!

Saying "at reasonable rate" gives no indication of what YOUR reasonable rate is. Help yourself by specifying. 200? 350? 600/2hr? There's literally no standard here so those words mean nothing.  

Also just because ads don't get posted doesn't mean no one is there or available. SOME folks like to keep things low key and discreet... good luck!

While it's probably hard to quantify the impact of the subject I'm sure it's affected the presence and advertisement of providers in that area.

There have been a host of publicized LEO events and activities in those areas.  MD/MOCO are apparently on a mission to stamp out prostitution.

I don't even consider P4P in that area/MD unless a damn near know the lady personally.
