Nothing ruins a day worse than filling out the on-line form, waiting for references to be checked, agreeing to a day and time, calling the day of appt to verify, then.......nothing. No answer to calls or voicemails. I would love to have a rating scale for providers that flake out but you can't post a review if ya haven't seen them. The juvenile in me wants to make another appt and NCNS her, the board member in me wants to warn others about the experiance, the real me will just bitch for a while then move on. lol

However it would be nice if TER had a way for you to tell everyone who NCNS you, and we could tell who last minute cancelled us as well as NCNS. This is an issue that really has a ripple affect for both sides of the community.

I like your idea of being able to post post sides of the problem. Hobbiest NCNS prompt deposits and can cause traveling providers to skip certain cities so the ripple affect hits all of us . Where is the TER suggestion box?
