The article:

"There’s a new bill in Congress that would threaten your right to free expression online. If that weren’t enough, it could also put small Internet businesses in danger of catastrophic litigation.

Don’t let its name fool you: the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA, S. 1693) wouldn’t help punish sex traffickers. What the bill would do (PDF) is expose any person, organization, platform, or business that hosts third-party content on the Internet to the risk of overwhelming criminal and civil liability if sex traffickers use their services. For small Internet businesses, that could be fatal: with the possibility of devastating litigation costs hanging over their heads, we think that many entrepreneurs and investors will be deterred from building new businesses online.

Make no mistake: sex trafficking is a real, horrible problem. This bill is not the way to address it. Lawmakers should think twice before passing a disastrous law and endangering free expression and innovation."

to shut down BP, asexyservice, TER etc etc etc.  They are all enablers of sex trafficking, you see.  Trafficking sounds like some coyote quasi kidnapping women and girls, stealing their passports and intimidating them into the nightmare world of prostitution.   The fact it is applied to women acting as their own agents, choosing to rent their bodies of their own free will, and the internet services that help them find customers doesn't matter.  Women are always helpless victims, ad agencies and male customers are always evil.  Men and Women are totally different and inhabit separate legal categories with separate rights and responsibilities... because men and women are equal.

For congress to think that by eliminating sites like  bp,ter, eros etc is the resolve to sex trafficing issues is completly nieve! The internet is not going anywhere bc everything is digitalized these dheseSo if they shut down these sites..all criminals is going to do is either create or promote on another site...the way i see it..i get this is their way of trying to reduce such things from occuring but this is totally not a solution

The text of the statute is not published the 3-objective are, simply google the title of the bill.
What will it do - it will enable State & Local police to go after websites and possibly users of site that engage in "sex trafficking", not just under-age, but all sex trafficking.
This gives LE the ability to seek profits from illegal activity and seize them, Girls they want your $$$$, and this law (if enacted) will give powers to local LE, to get seize your assets, i.e. bank accounts, cash cards, jewelry, valued collections, real estate, autos, 401ks, etc.
Time to seek professional advice for "asset protection."
