Can't seem to find it!

It also included the entire indictment on there. Luckily, no client names were revealed as of yet.

Legally a client name be NOT put in the news paper.

Police have no legal way to prove the names found on the list were actually johns who actually used CDE services.
Paying for sex is only a misdemeanor, and in order for police to charge you with a misdemeanor they're must be burden of proof, and probable cause, that a person name found on that list in fact paid for sexual services.

In order for a person to be convicted for a misdemeanor, a state attorney must be able prove with reasonable & legal evidence abtained, the person found on that list did in fact pay for sex.

If there is no visual evidence, the only way a person can be convicted, is if the person is stupid enough to contact police, and say they paid for sex from CDE.

I personally wish my name was on that list, and the police, and press posted it in the news paper, because I would sue the hell out of them for defamation of character

I think the moderator would probably join and say we could not post the link because it contained real names, so against TER policy. But easy enough to find.

Magic4u you is a fictional character, who only tells fictional stories, of having fictional sex with fictional escorts, in a fictional world.

Everything Magic4u says on TER is fictional

fictional talk.

I think they would like the public to know that they're doing a good job. LE is the biggest media whore around.

I keep going back to Desert Divas. Nothing stopped them from publishing client lists there.

2 things: laws in Arizona are much more stringent than in the DMV. For example DD clients who wrote reviews can face criminal charges for publishing what activities occurred during a session. That law also has a ridiculously long statute of limitations. Second, out of the many agencies that have gone bust since then nationally (MC, the Spitzer one, even VIP Fantasy Girls, etc), not one client list has appeared publicly.
