This place is such a font of important information, so I'd like to pose the obvious question, (for providers mostly, but also in general.

When are the "slow times?"  What day of the week is likely to have less traffic?  What time of day?  And what about times of year?  Is during the holidays slow?  

You get the idea.  I am time-flexible and would prefer help out when business is not all that busy.
