Too bad Clinton did not run the stimulus rebate program; He might have given stimulus rebates for each hobby visit - that would have had a greater arousing effect upon the economy.  Instead of the old 50's slogan "a car in every garage" - he could have used the slogan "a dick in every pussy."

I hope someone seeks a grant to do a follow-on study - imagine, if just seeing curvy women has this effect - what would a study of the "Impact of Tactile Pressure from Female Vaginal Walls upon the Male Sex Organ" show - I bet it would show its addicting just like a drug.
