I always preferred sites like Ter, p411, Eros ... but the volume of calls you would get from BP was very helpful and has definitely declined since all the shutdowns. I see many have started to post on the dating side of BP but are people even going there ? Are people seeing a decline in calls since the change ? Where did everyone go ?! I know I'm not the only one curious. I guess I'm asking .... for gentlemen... where do you go to browse providers since the shutdown ? And girls where are u having the best results posting ? Thanks for your input...
I found that the ratio of girls I was not interested in (to put it politely) to girls I might like was too high on bp, so after a few tries I really stopped using it. Plus waaaay too many amp places, which are false advertising at its worst. And then there are the reports of troubling ads. So I pretty much stayed away. Eros used to be good but is now terrible in my opinion. Quality of girls way down. So I stick with my favorite agencies; go to br places and stick with the girls I click with, who sometimes become full service girls once they are comfortable with me ( of course I'm a great tipper!!!); and use the ter ad boards. Occasionally I post on the ter regional board for dc to find a particular type of girl, and that has yielded some really nice experiences.
I allowed other ladies to convince me to advertise on Backpage, I found it to be a total zoo! I was so deluged with one-liner emails and idiotic phone calls I immediately pulled my ads down. I have done quite well with the many reputable resources that are geared toward true hobbiests.
I would say that of all the sites, TER and P411 have yielded the best results for me, but Eros cannot be discounted, either. There are a few other minor (localized) sites that I run ads on from time to time, but I rarely get responses from them.
Backpage certainly gets you a high volume of calls, but my experience is that my BP posts get a high volume of timewasters and clients who wouldn't pass my screening (or would refuse to screen). So it's always been a question in my mind as to whether it's worth the time. Since the move to the "dating" fiction -- which means you can't post rates -- it's even worse.
