Anyone know what their status is?  

Only getting answering machine now for several days--I don't bother leaving messages.

Did you have to leave a message or did he pick up?

I had been a frequent customer and had never had any issues so I was kind of surprised when no one answered after multiple attempts on multiple days. I guess I'll either leave a message and wait for call back or move on.

I left a message and was called back promptly. Later exchanges I believe he picked up right away.
