Yes, it's still open.  I'm not sure about the ownership, but both Adam and Megan seem to be involved in some way.  Both of them are moody and abrupt, so customer service is very poor, but the girls may be worth it.  

Adam or Megan May still be involved but they have not answered the phone in over at least 6 months.. every one always said he was a asshole but he always treated me with a lot of respect..Megan was nothing but a sweetheart also..the girl that answers the phone now is always friendly and accommodating..

BG reportedly blocks phone numbers.  If you somehow got on their shit list, they won't answer the phone.

I think that Chloe answered the phone sometimes in the last 1-2 years of her tenure there, but she appears to be gone.
