As for Blue Flame's authentic, I think they have establish themselves as being credible by their numerous positive reviews. I can speak from experience because I have use them many times and they are wonderful to work with. Blue Flame can usually accommodate last minute appointments "IF" you give them "adequate" time: only for those clients that they have seen previously.
Also, they work with clients and listen to their feedback's and suggestions, which is a good business practice and ensures an overall satisfaction from the clients perspectives. They also respond in a prompt fashion by emails. I usually tend to email them but text works just as great. I reserve making a phone call unless it is necessary to do so, such as if I am running late and need to reschedule. However, I am sure phone calls are acceptable too, but its usually for the clients that have seen them before.
By the way Kindafun1, you won't have kindafun with them, but will have a fantastic time with them 
Not whitenighting their agency, but they deserve it because they are professional, courteous, and fulfill the much needed selections here in D.C. Enjoy the rest of your week.
