I had an appointment today in the Tysons hotel where I had my first appointment ever, almost three years ago.   What a blast to walk back through that lobby, for the first time since then, and realize what a long, fun, exciting road it has been.   Kind of like going back and visiting your high school, only here you get to sleep with the sexy teachers!    

I was so "newbie" then that I didn't even know you were supposed to tell the agency when you got to the hotel. I thought that, since the appointment was at (say) 4, I would show up at 4 and they would send me the room information.  About 20 minutes after the hour, the agency sent me a note asking me if i was cancelling, I said no, I am here waiting for you.  Lily was very sweet about it and explained to me very patiently that I needed to let them know that!   The appointment was great -- both then and now. I only wish the original escort (Alicia Andrews) was still around.
