Its sunny outside...the birds are out...people are out...cars honking as usual...firetrucks as usual...police everywhere as usual...but thats what I love about d.c.. Is anybody the type of person that feels happy when the sun is out?

Sitting on a park bench eating my lunch on a sunny day..even if there is a stinky homeless guy mumbling incoherently about the end of days, it is still a great feeling and puts a little pep in the step.
