I'm pretty unexperienced when it comes to the hobby, and asking for an opinion of other Hobbyist here.  I've researched for quite a while, and of course now trying to pull the trigger after all the recent changes and things are that much harder.

 
My question :  Is it best to get started with an agency, an independent provider on an add site, or try social media?  

 
I've seen people post "newbie friendly" iso on here before and that's not what I'm trying to do exactly.  Just nervous about my lack of knowledge and not sure which route is best to get started.  I understand and willing to do any sort of verification needed that's fine with me.  Just know I'll screw up certain etiquette, or not know what to look for so wondered if an Agency is maybe easier then searching for someone specific.

If you see a provider you like, inquire with her.  

It’ll be a plus if you find an agency with multiple ladies who you are interested in seeing.  

If an independent provider intrigues you, just look for some signs that she has is established/reliable, e.g presence on multiple places (an active account on social media, ad, reviews, profile on P411-  any combination of multiple of these). Many independent ladies, like me, have etiquette or protocol detailed on their site.  

Signing up for P411 may give you an added sense of security. But you may stay be required to go through standard screening with the agency or provider of your choice, since you won’t have any “okays”.

1.  If you want to see an independent first, definitely joining P411 is a must move.
2.  If there’s an agency girl you want to see, P411 can help, but it might not be a showstopper.
3.  Keep in mind that in initial contacts where you think you are talking to the girl you’re going to be seeing, you might be communicating with a booker or an assistant. So be ready to explain “I’m a newbie” when you actually meet.
4.  Start off with a provider who can speak very good English.  If you’re worried about miscommunication and awkwardness, a first timer date that involves limited English will mean you’ll have plenty of both.
5. Just do it!

We all began as beginners. My first time, opened my eyes that photos can be seriously old, the was off by 10 years, as was the advertised weight. So take any ad with a grain of salt. Be flexible. My second time was with an agency and dealt with a scheduler. Find your ideal girl and jump in. I prefer independents these days and also use P411 to get in the door easily. Do not talk about money. Look it up on website or ad and put it in a blank envelope and drop it early on the desk as you enter. After hello, head to the bathroom to shower and clean your parts. Gargle too if mouthwash provided. Let the provider know your knew and let her guide the session. Enjoy and relax.

Thanks for the tips.  I was mainly just asking for a "don't do this" or if I had to be a newbie again here's what I would have looked for instead type thing.
