There's an outfit advertising on the radio that guarantees improved erections through drug therapy and non-surgical methods.  It's headed up by a board-certified physician and guarantees results or your money back.  I decided to check it out for the hell of it.  What they don't tell you on the radio is that the treatment method used is intracavernous injections.  For the uninitiated, that involves sticking a needle into the base of your penis and injecting it with vasodilators to increase blood flow to that area.  The advantage over viagra (which is also a vasodilator) is that it specifically targets blood vessels in the penis and not the rest of the body so a lot of the side effects are not present.  In addition, by controlling the chemical blend,  the doctor can actually control for how long and how intense your erection will be.  The cons are the obvious needle in the dick--which sounds a lot worse than it actually is.  The drugs are applied with a syringe that is contained in a push-button applicator.   I decided to give it a shot. so to speak.  You hold the applicator at the top of the base of your penis and press a button and it feels like somebody just flicked you with a finger.  After you inject yourself you hold your penis for a few minutes to keep the drug from seeping out.  You will eventually notice some feeling.  Then you massage your penis and the fun really starts.  I got a hardon that just wouldnt quit!  It was like being 16 again. Once you're hard you stay hard for the duration--no matter how many times you come.  They had to give me a couple of shots of antidote to bring it down.  There is a danger of priapism but that's why they test it on you to determine a proper dose.  Definitely better than viagra by a long shot.   It's not cheap but neither is Viagra.  The per dose cost is about the same actually (around 15-20 bucks).  You can also get testosterone cream to help you ejaculate more so that hardon doesnt go to waste.

Any thoughts or experience with this stuff?

I believe this is one of the treatments used by The Boston Medical Group.  It's described on their website.

...called it a "cocktail". He has since stopped and is now using "muse" which is a needle-less applicator, inserted into the urethra.

Tried it for a while. It's ok just a mood killer when it's time to prick the prick. What I have found and used for the last 5 years that works wonderful is Maxidus. For me works better than Viagra, Cialis or any other thing I've tried.  I can fuck like a pornstar on it.

My uncle who has diabetes used this method. Overall I think it works but consultations "fees" were outrageous we're talking thousands of dollars - even if the medication was cheap. The process itself sounded rather scary - he said he had to be careful to "avoid veins." He switched back to Cialis or something.
