Been out of the hobby for a couple of years, so no doubt none of my references will remember me. Lots of reviews on here and white-listed by a few, but what's my best bet to get approved -P411? Any thoughts?

I really don't think most providers take reviews for screening purposes. Same with whitelists.  

P411 is your best bet in my opinion. Or be prepared to give up some real world information in order to see a few ladies that'll give you references.

You might try getting back with some of the ladies you've already reviewed. They may still have your phone on file, if you're using the same number. Or email if that was used in the past. If so that would let you build some current references.

 
If you were with any of the agencies then probably a higher chance that you can contact them using the same method and they will know you were a prior client.

 
If not, then probably P411 is the best way to start.
