Black People are in all 50 states, in varying percentages.  In every one of those states, according to Obama's Justice Department crime statistics, Blacks commit violent crime at about 8 times the per capita rate of all other races combined (10x that of whites, 18x Asians, 5x lationos).  According to Obama's CDC, they have STD's at anywhere from 5 to 12x the rate of other races depending on the disease.   Do other characteristics like age or economic status or for STD's sexual orientation have large impacts as well? Yes, but for violent crime race is a larger predictor than age, and much larger than economic status.   Race is as large a factor as Sex, and nobody disputes that men are a higher risk than women.

Quick, what do cities like Detroit, Baltimore, New Orleans, Atlanta, Saint Louis, Compton, and Newark have in common?  High crime rates?  Yes, but that's not all.

People aren't stupid. They will do things in their self interest.   A backpage girl, seeing members of the general public with typically no screening, lowers her risk of all forms of trouble by a large margin when she excludes AA's, or at the very least AA's under 35 as some narrow it.

Is this a generalization, that screens out nice harmless AA hobbyists who did nothing wrong? Yes
Is this also a fact based and effective policy to greatly reduce risk of harm? Yes

Reading up on academic research studies, most BP/street walkers are managed by pimps, who are predominantly by african american men.  So, its also a business decision by 'management' not to risk their workers being 'stolen' by other pimps.  Higher up the food chain, women are independents or managed by other women.  Weird, I'm not sure why that is, but that's what the research has discovered.

So, part of it is a business decision not to risk losing their employees.

Your post made me recall an experience with a young woman. This young woman was traveling with another young woman, both white. The more experienced young woman said she rescued the other young woman from a pimp, a "nasty pimp" according to her. She also said the other young woman really didn't like servicing clients. She than told me she should get a nigger to come and knock some sense into the other young woman, so she could be reminder of how nice she was.

I understand that the more aggressive young woman was repeating a cycle she most likely went through herself, so I didn't judge her based on that statement. However I thought to myself, why couldn't she do her own dirty work, if she felt it necessary?  

I would say the more experienced young woman was a true racist at heart. I can't remember if she had a no AA policy or not.

Ex: Bikers in mid day, shoot up a place kill 9 humans, over 200 arrested, and I think it was shown a max of 1hr on the news of any station. When the riot in B-more took place I couldn't get away from the news coverage of the so called (Thugs), I think it was even shown on Cartoon network, lol. Social conditioning to make black men in particular look unfavorable to the masses. Lets not narrow our vision to these women, I don't blame them, they are just buying what is being sold to them!!!

This was a more plausible line when society was mostly Black and White, say 1975.  How do you intend to explain Black Dysfunction to Asian and Latinos?  What special privilege inherited from their slave owning ancestors in the Confederacy allows them to not have the same crime, welfare dependency, STD etc problems as Blacks???  What special Yellow Privilege allows Asians to be richer and commit fewer crimes than whites? Time is running out fast on this old fall back excuse, if it hasn't already.

The bikers were not treated more gently by police... 4 of that 9 at last count were shot by the police.  The bikers were called a biker gang not thugs because biker gang is a more specific subset of thug, not a more complimentary term.  It was called a shoot out not a riot because those are different things, not to be nice to the biker gang.
The incident was less new worthy because a single incident, involving no adjacent civilians or property, in an isolated exurban parking lot, rapidly suppressed by the police, is less troubling than multiple days of riots roaming unpredictably through a major city, and not controlled by the police.  Also, the riots lasted long enough for cameras to be on site to capture news worthy footage... the shoot out was over in 15 minutes, the only pictures available were of people sitting around peaceably afterward while the cops processed the arrests...not great new eye candy.
 
Black Men are not thought of as more criminal because of Social Conditioning.  It is because it is a FACT that in places that are 50% or more black 90% or more of the trouble is caused by blacks.  In fact, we have huge social conditioning in place to convince people of the opposite.  This is why the race of criminals are not announced on the news, because so many are black, elites are afraid people will react to this fact.

oh please with your trite 'gotcha'.  Yes yes, those formerly known as oriental or yellow must now only be called "Asian" or its the worst crime ever, although that term also covers people in Turkey and over half of Russia and causes more confusion than clarity.  And Caitlyn Jenner is a woman with a cock and 'she' fathered 6 children after 'she' won 'her' medals in the men's decathlon.   Yes, we must all use the most up to date PC terms, got it.

The obvious point is that if your explanation of why blacks cause more trouble, on average, than every other race in the US combined is "White Privilege" (you didn't use the term, but that is the normal term for what you said) ...then your theory needs to then explain why Asians are not similarly held down, but in fact out perform whites and are the wealthiest group with the least trouble with the police in the US.   I could also ask about "Brown Privilege", as in how does your theory of "whitey has an unfair advantage" explain why Latino immigrants don't share the same issues as blacks.  

But by all means, wave your hands and say "Awwww! he said YELLOW!", that will make the Facts go away and all the prostitutes will stop being worried.

Asian Struggle vs AA Struggle.  Your theory of Whitey and History placing different burdens on different struggles of color might be plausible IF... Asians seemed to be struggling at all.  If "Society" allots different opportunities by race, and that determines everything about how each race fairs, their crime rate, etc... how do you explain Asians surpassing whites even as a tiny and relatively recently arrived minority?  It almost makes it seem like Asians aren't passive victims assigned their fate by The Man, but have some responsibility for and control of their destiny

the gibberish.  50+% of murders in the country are by 13% of the population (see King's comments about St. Louis . . . ).  Blacks for the most part killing blacks, and no one seems to care - where are Al or Jesse on this issue?  How many humans (black mainly) died in Baltimore in May, Chicago, New York while we were pondering this nonsense?  What about the innocents, including children, caught in the crossfire?

I've been staying of these tired weekly discussions on race. I'm here only to offer a narrow response.

First of all, a significant percentage of Asians come to the US for higher education; we should take that into account. As for the other immigrants, Asians or otherwise, they are motivated enough to leave their homes to come to the a foreign land to succeed, and many of them do. We don't see many -- or any -- of those passive ones who stay home
